Configure, build, and stage devices in line with customer requirements and SLAs
Ensure all builds meet quality, security, and compliance standards before dispatch
Manage the smooth flow between warehouse and configuration centre
Process configuration requests accurately and maintain clear documentation
Maintain stock accuracy and support dispatch readiness with warehouse teams
Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure on-time fulfilment

🎯 Requirements

Experience in IT build, configuration, staging, or deployment environments
Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle services (build, imaging)
Hands-on IT hardware experience with Intune and Endpoint (SCCM/Jamf desirable)
High attention to detail with a focus on quality
Ability to manage workload effectively and meet SLAs
Comfortable working independently with a proactive mindset
