  • Based in San Diego; travel ~30%.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • 5+ years in conference, tradeshow or event management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project, time and budget management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ClickUp, Cvent, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
