- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and scaling revenue in fast-growth.
- Proven ability to coach sellers through complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Familiar with value-based sales methods (Command of the Message, MEDDICC).
- Experience partnering with Solutions Eng and cross-functional teams to unblock deals.
- Strong operating rigor: territory design, pipeline, forecasting, performance.
- Excellent communication and executive presence; influence stakeholders.
- High-velocity, hands-on leadership with bias for action and accountability.
