Conductor LLC is seeking a Marketing Research Analyst (m,f,d) in Berlin to generate actionable insights that shape marketing and product decisions. You will design and execute market research studies, collect and analyze data, and present findings to cross-functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct market research studies (qualitative and quantitative) to inform marketing strategies
Design surveys/questionnaires and coordinate data collection
Analyze data and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations
Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate insights into actions
Present findings to stakeholders and support decision making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of market research or consumer insights experience
Experience with survey design and data analysis; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
German language skills are a plus
