Conductor LLC is seeking an AI Growth Marketing Manager to lead data-driven growth initiatives for our AI-powered products. This on-site role is based in New York City and focuses on developing scalable marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.

As the AI Growth Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end growth experiments, leverage analytics to inform strategy, and collaborate with product, data, and sales teams to maximize lifecycle value for customers.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-channel growth campaigns (paid search, social, email, content) to drive acquisition and activation.
Develop and optimize the marketing funnel using analytics to inform messaging, targeting, and creative.
Run A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve funnel performance and ROI.
Collaborate with product and analytics teams to define metrics, track impact, and report on progress.
Manage marketing automation workflows and coordinate with demand generation programs.

Requirements

5+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or similar software environments.
Proven ability to drive data-informed growth programs and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation, paid advertising platforms).
Strong proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other demand-generation channels; familiarity with SEO/content marketing is a plus.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
