Concierge Security Officer

📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Maintain front desk logs for people and property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct patrols.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; record data.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience as door staff or in receptionist/customer service.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets.
• Able to obtain and maintain Illinois PERC.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols).
