๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Sabre SME; first contact for Concierge to troubleshoot GDS errors and PNRs.
  • Liaise with Commercial Systems on fare rules, exchanges, refunds, UAT, and guest experience.
  • Partner with Commercial to monitor GDS queues; manage ticketing time limits and changes.
  • Execute manual and automated reissues, voids, refunds; ensure fare/tax accuracy.
  • Deliver personalized service via phone, email, and chat; resolve tickets promptly.
  • Understand guest needs to tailor Aero experience and drive bookings.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1-2 years' Sabre GDS experience; proficient in native GDS commands.
  • Ability to perform complex pricing and ticket exchanges.
  • Experience in a Help Desk role within travel agency or airline.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Experience with email services; Zendesk and/or Salesforce a plus.
