Computer Network Administrator

📋 Description

• Directly support D.A. Davidson’s computer networks.
• Resolve employee IT tickets in Networking and Voice teams.
• Install and support VoIP and phone systems enterprise-wide.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Create end-user and IT staff documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years network management experience.
• WAN/LAN configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6; DHCP and DNS.
• Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto or Avaya experience; CCNA level.
• Layer 2/3 switching; routing certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
