  • Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding processes, including preparation, dispensing, labeling.
  • Plan weekly compounding items and assign tasks to technicians
  • Maintain documentation for all compounding activities (batch sheets, logs)

  • Lead sterile compounding operations per USP 797
  • Ensure cleanroom use and sanitation protocols, logs, calibration, and hazardous waste disposal

🎯 Requirements

  • Active Florida Pharmacist license (required)
  • Minimum 2 years in sterile compounding; non-sterile preferred
  • Supervisory experience in compounding setting preferred
  • Knowledge of GLP-1 compounding medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide) preferred
  • Strong understanding of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines
  • Detail-oriented with robust quality control and documentation practices
