📋 Description

• Operate machinery and equipment in production.
• Follow work orders, drawings, and verbal instructions.
• Assemble components and subassemblies per specifications.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality.
• Keep the work area safe, organized, and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth production flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing/production settings (pre-preg, wet lay up).
• Proficiency with two-part epoxy systems (installation/removal).
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, and oven curing.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions; good communication and teamwork.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; HS diploma, GED, or equivalent.
