Compliance Technology Program Lead

📋 Description

• Build with modern AI tools (Claude/LLMs) to automate oversight and documentation.
• Design human-in-the-loop checkpoints to keep outputs defensible to regulators.
• Establish and maintain model and data governance aligned with SR 11-7 and OCC 2011-12.
• Lead real-time dashboards for monitoring model health and data quality.
• Oversee end-to-end model development for TM, sanctions screening, and customer risk scoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in compliance tech at regulated financial institutions or as a consultant working with FIs.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (Claude, GPT) including prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
• Experience with ML and heuristic models across Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, and Customer Risk Scoring.
• Experience with input data quality monitoring.
• Experience with model performance monitoring.
• AML model validations aligned with SR 11-7 and OCC 2011-12.
