🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in corporate onboarding/KYB, esp. offshore jurisdictions.
- 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Knowledge of multiple client types: LLCs, Funds, Partnerships, Trusts.
- ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certification highly preferred.
- Coaching and developing analyst staff; strong organizational and stakeholder skills.
