Monitor and action compliance queues and cases promptly within required timeframes.
Make decisions on cases using applicable policies and escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
Maintain or exceed established SLAs and guidelines.
Communicate professionally with customers when further information is required.
Manage internal escalations through multiple channels and systems.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance or Compliance Operations.
Experience in a finance, risk, or related environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication in Japanese and English.
Strong operations mindset with time-sensitive directives and prioritization.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong results.
Based in Japan.
