- Knowledge of federal and state consumer protection laws (TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, GLBA)
- Strong written and verbal communication; articulate issues clearly
- Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented; manage multiple time-sensitive projects
- Bachelor's degree; CAMS/CRCM or masters a plus
