📋 Description

• Provide regulatory and compliance guidance to Coinbase Canada as it grows.
• Monitor regulatory changes and analyze announcements and legislation.
• Maintain documentation showing compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Drive targeted projects within the Canadian compliance program.
• Lead AML/KYC reporting and support EDD/sanctions processes in Canada.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure data accuracy and regulatory alignment; respond to RFIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, crypto/fintech.
• Knowledge of Canadian compliance and FINTRAC guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; organized and detail-oriented.
• Capable of meeting deadlines with high quality.
• Thrives in remote environment; keen interest in digital assets.
• In-depth understanding of crypto flows, transaction monitoring.
