Compliance / Security Engineer TS SCI

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ATO and IATT workstreams with government stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Operationalize DISA STIGs across components; create STIG checklists and risk docs.
• Map security controls to deployment architectures aligning with NIST RMF.
• Design and support Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS) implementations with authorities.
• Develop and maintain SSP, SAR, POA&M and RMF artifacts.
• Conduct continuous monitoring and coordinate remediation with engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance (no exceptions).
• 5+ years leading ATO/IATT workstreams in DoD or IC environments.
• Expert knowledge of NIST RMF — SP 800-37, SP 800-53.
• Operationalizing DISA STIGs across Linux, Windows, and networks.
• CDS architecture knowledge, accreditation, and operational requirements.
• Proficiency with eMASS or equivalent DoD authorization tools.
