Compliance Program Manager

📋 Description

• Build and scale compliance ops; design repeatable workflows that evolve with risk.
• Own program execution; create plans, milestones, cross-functional actions, timely delivery.
• Manage disclosures/investigations; intake, tracking, documentation, remediation follow-through.
• Lead compliance training and communications; develop, launch, measure training.
• Monitor risk; identify gaps, internal assessments, corrective actions, remediation tracking.
• Support audit/regulatory readiness; responses to inquiries, audits; maintain artifacts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in compliance, risk, audit, investigations ops, or program mgmt.
• Built and ran programs (process design, stakeholder mgmt, metrics).
• Experience using AI to improve compliance processes or tech innovation.
• Strong execution: plan the work and work the plan in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication in plain English; cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to independently manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
