Compliance Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end IT SOX compliance program within the CIO organization
• Translate SOX requirements into structured, scalable programs
• Build systems and workflows to scale compliance
• Ensure controls are designed, reviewed, and evidenced for audits
• Partner with IT, Accounting, and the SOX team to ensure SDLC controls before go-live
• Manage control evidence and audit readiness ongoing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT audit, IT risk, IT compliance
• Deep familiarity with ITGCs and financial reporting risk
• Experience with Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite/SAP, Coupa
• Strong knowledge of PCAOB, COSO, and COBIT
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across eng, finance, legal, and audit
• Experience with GRC platforms (AuditBoard, ServiceNow GRC, Workiva, or similar)
