1-2 years as paralegal, compliance or legal support in tech/SaaS.
Experience supporting due diligence and DDQs, incl. security questionnaires.
Familiar with FAR, DFARS, SAM.gov; data protection and export controls.
Experience maintaining government portals/registrations (SAM.gov).
Strong written/verbal English for US/Canadian/international stakeholders.
Hands-on with legal/compliance systems (contract lifecycle mgmt, ticketing, platforms).
Nice to have: US/Canadian public sector DDQs or RFPs.
