📋 Description

• Execute second-line QA testing across onboarding, AML reviews, and monitoring.
• Identify risks via QA testing and partner with first line for remediation.
• Contribute to planning and execution of QA programs.
• Develop quarterly reports on compliance program performance.
• Create data-driven approaches to monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to develop the program.
• Plan and execute the annual compliance monitoring program.
• Enhance compliance procedures as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in internal compliance or internal audit.
• Quick learner with knowledge of Adyen’s business or payments.
• Analytical thinker with detail orientation; draft and monitor processes.
• Identify risks and craft remediation plans.
• Strong communicator adaptable to audience.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Excited to work with an international team.
