Oversee outsourcing and third-party risk management, incl. onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring.
Develop and implement outsourcing and third-party risk policies and operating model.
Ensure approvals flow through governance for outsourcing changes and vendor lifecycle.
Provide guidance to staff on third-party risk procedures and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with EBA outsourcing guidelines and the DORA regulation.
Maintain oversight of risk landscape, vendor contracts, audits, and BCPs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Finance or related field.
4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, outsourcing, or third-party risk.
Knowledge of outsourcing and business resilience regulations in financial services.
Experience developing service management, monitoring processes, and risk assessments.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
Data-driven decision making and metrics.
