  • Empathetic and data-driven; care about customers and carriers
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication; articulate ideas clearly
  • Willing to collaborate with communications partners to resolve issues
  • Good time management; able to work under pressure
  • Desired: Basic knowledge of Zendesk, Airtable, Looker
  • Desired: Basic understanding APIs and related tech
  • Desired: Background in telecommunications
