Compliance Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee FIU, EDD, and Periodic Review processes daily.
• Create and scale operational mechanisms for productivity and quality.
• Maintain KPIs to measure compliance ops effectiveness.
• Develop dashboards and reports for execs, regulators, stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships for monitoring and screening tools.
• Build and lead a global team of compliance professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant AML experience.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT laws, sanctions and regulatory reporting.
• Experience managing operational processes in crypto compliance, including blockchain monitoring tools.
• Comfort working in a global environment across time zones.
• Experience driving programmatic and operational efficiencies using data and automation.
• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with business growth and innovation.
