- Oversee daily AML and OFAC operations: workload, case assignment, deadlines
- Lead a distributed team across time zones with alignment and accountability
- Monitor and manage team performance metrics, SLAs, and quality standards
- Draft, maintain, and enhance AML and OFAC policies and procedures for compliance
- Develop and manage reporting databases and dashboards to track trends and risk
- Partner with Director of Compliance to tune monitoring rules and minimize false positives
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in AML, sanctions, or compliance operations
- Hands-on AML investigations and/or operational case management
- Working knowledge of SAR filings with FinCEN and OFAC reporting
- Strong analytical skills to identify risk patterns and communicate findings
- Project leadership experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Ops
- Excellent written and verbal communication; self-starter in ambiguous environments
