- 3+ years in a technical SaaS anti-abuse or compliance ops role, ESP/high-volume provider preferred.
- Strong data analysis with dashboards; SQL or equivalent querying.
- AI fluency; using AI tools with human-in-the-loop.
- Anti-abuse tools experience: Sift, Stripe Radar, eHawk.
- Monitoring/alerting: Splunk, Datadog; log analysis.
- APIs, email/SMS marketing, ecommerce ecosystems; Google Workspace, Zendesk, Salesforce.
