Translate obligations into Policies and Procedures for global rollout.
Represent the team across work streams to align with global objectives.
Strengthen education management across the global business.
Participate in Product Risk Assessments and advise other compliance verticals.
Support and maintain oversight of the first line.

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years’ experience in payments, Card industry, or second-line compliance.
Understanding of the finance and/or payment industry.
Knowledge of US, Canada, Mexico, or Brazil markets.
Analytical thinker with experience in monitoring or drafting policies.
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated with initiative and business sense.
