Identify critical risks via QA testing and partner with first line to remediate.
Contribute to QA program efficiency, planning and execution.
Support quarterly reporting on compliance program performance to management.
Deliver training to teams for uplift of oversight and controls.
Contribute to customer oversight reviews to identify risks and mitigations.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years in second line compliance, oversight or audit.
Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
Adept at identifying risks and crafting remediation plans.
Strong written and verbal communicator.
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Comfortable as regional primary contact and stakeholder liaison.
