Execute second-line QA testing across onboarding, AML, monitoring, and terminations
Identify critical risks and partner with first line to remediate
Contribute to operational efficiency and new QA programs
Support quarterly reporting on compliance performance
Deliver training to uplift oversight methodologies
Collaborate with the team to develop the compliance program

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years in second-line compliance, oversight, or audits
Analytical thinker with attention to detail
Strong risk identification and remediation planning
Clear, adaptive communication style
Self-starter; capable of multi-project leadership
Primary regional contact for the team
Excellent stakeholder and merchant liaison
Open to international collaboration
