  • Support global Compliance & Mobility processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Initiate and track background checks; coordinate with TA and vendors.
  • Partner with People Partners, TA, Payroll, Legal, Finance for coordination.
  • Support compliance-related checks and audits; maintain data quality.
  • Create and update process docs, templates, and employee guides.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards; monitor case volumes and deadlines.
  • Provide first-level support for inquiries with a strong employee focus.
  • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as priorities shift.

🎯 Requirements

  • Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, HR, Law, or Intl Relations.
  • Highly organized; able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced env.
  • Detail-oriented; comfortable with documentation and deadlines.
  • Clear, professional communication; strong customer-service mindset.
  • Collaborative, proactive; enjoys improving how things work.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS familiarity.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
