🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in compliance or risk management; CRCM/CUCE a plus.
- Experience reviewing marketing/advertising or customer-facing communications.
- Experience supporting product development or product compliance programs.
- Strong understanding of consumer protection regs: Reg E, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA.
- Strong understanding of advertising standards: UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, CAN-SPAM, FTC guidance.
- Excellent communication; explain regulatory concepts to non-legal teams.
