π― Requirements
- 4β6 years in compliance, legal, risk within banking, fintech, or related field.
- Experience reviewing marketing materials or customer-facing content in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of UDAAP and FTC advertising rules; familiarity with Reg Z, CAN-SPAM, TCPA a plus.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to assess risk and apply regulatory requirements pragmatically.
- Clear written and verbal communication; concise, solutions-oriented feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
