Oversee regulatory and compliance reports for Board and Management.
Own and update the APL policy portfolio and filings diary; ensure timely submissions.
Maintain internal control procedures; drive strategic compliance enhancements.
Escalate audits; manage follow-up on findings and action plans.
Oversee sanctions investigations and reporting to authorities.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with global payments platforms.
Deep knowledge of CSSF, FIU, and Luxembourg financial regulation.
EU AML and CTF frameworks expertise.
Minimum 5 years in financial services; at least 3 in similar role.
Fluency in English; another European language preferred.
