🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in compliance, monitoring & testing, internal audit, or regulatory assurance in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of US regulatory frameworks (BSA/AML, OFAC, FinCEN).
- Experience executing compliance testing or audit programs.
- Strong understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
