🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5+ years of BCM experience in fintech/bank/tech/audit/consulting.
- Strong knowledge of BCM and disaster recovery practices.
- Understanding IT/infrastructure/configurations, controls, and recovery practices.
- Certifications CBCP, CBCI, CBCM, or similar.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication; able to drive cross-functional action.
