Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Perform periodic compliance risk assessments and testing of controls.
• Design and oversee consumer complaints program; categorize, investigate, and remediate per SLAs.
• Manage third-party vendor compliance; due diligence and ongoing monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in compliance, legal, or risk management in fintech/financial services.
• Forward-thinking; comfortable transforming compliance workflows with AI.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (UDAAP, Reg E, Reg P) and interest in the EWA regulatory space.
• Analytical mindset; able to tackle complex problems independently.
• Project management: manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain regulatory concepts clearly.
