- Handle renewals, licensing items, and new license apps in current and future states
- Maintain state mortgage licenses (broker, lending, servicing, and collection)
- Assist license expansion; file new/additional licenses in NMLS and with states
- Track/assist MLO licensing, including pre-license education, exams, and CE
- Oversee all NMLS licensing/registration matters for the company and sponsored individuals
- Assist with annual/periodic NMLS reports and state filings with SOS offices
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum three years licensing experience in the mortgage industry
- Experience using NMLS for licensing (MLOs, company, and branch)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with flexible priorities
- Strong organization and attention to detail; prioritize to meet deadlines
- Effective communication with internal/external customers, peers, and management
- Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
