π― Requirements
- 4β7+ years in compliance, operations, risk, or fintech/payments.
- Strong problem-solving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Cross-functional experience with product, engineering, ops, or support.
- Understanding of consumer financial products (cards, lending, or payments) preferred.
- Familiarity with Reg Z, Reg B, UDAAP, FCRA, AML/BSA is a plus.
- Highly organized; ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence across all levels.
- Bonus: Experience in credit card issuing or co-branded programs.
