  • Central coordinator across Compliance, Engineering, Ops, CX, and Risk to resolve issues.
  • Triage and prioritize high-impact issues for timely resolution.
  • Partner with internal teams to investigate customer complaints and regulatory inquiries.
  • Improve workflows for managing critical complaints and escalations.
  • Support manual reviews and AML/BSA monitoring as needed.
  • Own projects to improve compliance processes, controls, and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in compliance, operations, risk, or fintech/payments.
  • Strong problem-solving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Cross-functional experience with product, engineering, ops, or support.
  • Understanding of consumer financial products (cards, lending, or payments) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Reg Z, Reg B, UDAAP, FCRA, AML/BSA is a plus.
  • Highly organized; ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence across all levels.
  • Bonus: Experience in credit card issuing or co-branded programs.
