🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; compliance certs a plus.
- 5+ years in a compliance product advisory role (financial services).
- Experience with TILA (Reg Z) and/or EFTA (Reg E) for consumer products.
- Experience advising Product and Engineering on revenue outcomes.
- Working knowledge of consumer financial laws including UDAAP and FCRA.
- Strong communication skills to present complex issues clearly.
