📋 Description

• Collaborate with Merchant Risk to assess and mitigate compliance risks with partners.
• Review and approve marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Revenue to resolve issues.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining compliance training materials.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment delivering thorough, accurate work.
• Support risk assessment and control inventory; gather info and document results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; compliance certs a plus.
• 5+ years in a compliance advisory role.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience advising revenue-generating stakeholders.
• Strong interest in fintech and consumer financial protections.
• Knowledge of UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, TCPA, TILA, ECOA, EFTA.
