📋 Description

• Regulatory Compliance Advisory: Stay updated on servicing, collections, and repayments regs.
• Provide guidance on compliance for product changes and new initiatives.
• Issues Management: Identify, assess, and manage compliance issues; collaborate on corrective actions.
• Policy Development and Enhancement: Develop and update compliance policies; align with regulatory requirements.
• Training and Education: Develop and deliver training on FCRA, FDCPA, and related regs.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Establish monitoring mechanisms; prepare reports for senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or related field; advanced degree or certification a plus.
• 4+ years in compliance and issues management, focusing on servicing operations including FCRA and FDCPA.
• Deep knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, and servicing regulations; capable of building expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management; excellent communication across all levels.
• Analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented; drive corrective actions.
• Ability to research regulatory trends and become subject matter expert.
