Compliance Lead

📋 Description

• Lead DSA systemic risk and UK OSA risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Compliance to harmonize requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities in risk assessment processes.
• Draft regulator-facing risk reports and governance readouts.
• Harmonize requirements across DSA, UK OSA, and other frameworks.
• Build repeatable evidence collection and control evaluation processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in a relevant field or 5+ years leading compliance programs.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end risk assessments with evidence and scoring.
• Strong program management with durable records and cross-functional leadership.
• Operate with minimal direction; own strategy and methodology improvements.
• Excellent communicator across Legal, Product, Eng, Trust & Safety.
• Deep experience with EU DSA and UK OSA risk frameworks.
