📋 Description

• Lead development and sustainment of Shift4 UK's compliance culture.
• Liaise with FCA and HMRC to integrate regulatory requirements.
• Manage complex compliance activities across the business.
• Build and maintain the compliant framework for Shift4 UK.
• Support MLRO and Compliance Director with regulatory reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of UK financial services and FCA.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance or risk management.
• Regulatory and conduct risk knowledge.
• Experience in monitoring, policy development, regulatory submissions.
• PSR interpretation and oversight of payment services.

• Proven policy development and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and pragmatic counsel.
• Excellent communication with regulators and internal teams.
