Assist with compliance matters (ABAC, AML, sanctions, export controls, antitrust).
Research evolving compliance case law and regulations and their impact.
Assist with compliance audits and investigations.
Assist with the compliance risk assessment.
Improve standard form agreements and internal processes; develop playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

Must be a 2L ABA law student with excellent academics.
GPA 3.0+; top 25% preferred.
Official transcript may be required.
Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with all levels.
Proficient in Westlaw and/or PLI; legal research software familiarity.
