Compliance Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as a consultant translating policy into engineering plans.
• Conduct risk assessments; mitigate findings; implement controls for CMMC Level 2/3.
• Evaluate vulnerability management, cloud security, and data integrity.
• Partner with developers to bake requirements into the Design-Build-Run lifecycle.
• Apply Human-Centered Design to policies, reducing end-user burden.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in risk management, gap analysis, or process engineering.
• NIST 800-171 Rev 2 and CSF 2.0; CMMC Level 2/3.
• Experience securing cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong ability to translate regulatory language into technical tasks.
• Bachelor's in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
