🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Data Analytics/Science; strong in SQL, Python, PySpark.
Experience with Spark, Airflow, Git for scale.
Explain technical gaps to Legal/Compliance/Regulators in plain English.
Automation-first mindset; automate manual tasks with scripts.
Fintech background: AML/KYC or sanctions experience is a plus.
