📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance on complex compliance interpretations and guidelines
• Lead Principal Review of public communications to meet regulatory standards
• Develop program efficiencies and lead process improvements for quality and scale
• Build relationships and lead cross-stakeholder compliance strategy
• Guide internal teams on compliance for projects and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• FINRA Series 7 and 24; willing to acquire Series 4 within 120 days.
• 7+ years in compliance or related field, with leading projects
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication, strategic and negotiation skills, detail-oriented
• Experience in financial services as regulator or within compliance, audit, risk, marketing, or comms
