- Own METRC ops for NorCal, SoCal, NV, NY incl manifests and transfers
- Reconcile METRC inventory vs physical and WMS; investigate variances
- Resolve METRC errors in real time; coordinate corrections with warehouse and CX
- Maintain METRC hierarchies: tags, strains, lab results, waste entries
- Process transfers, receiving, adjustments, and destruction events in METRC on time
- Serve as METRC SME and first-line support for warehouse and CX teams
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years cannabis compliance in a licensed operation; multi-state preferred
- Deep METRC proficiency; run manifests, reconcile packages, resolve errors
- CA DCC distribution regs knowledge; NV CCB / NY OCM a strong plus
- Experience with state license renewals, regulatory filings, and facility reporting
- Experience supporting or leading state regulatory inspections
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
