🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- 3–5 years mortgage compliance/regulatory examination experience
- Direct experience supporting or managing state and/or federal examinations
- Strong knowledge of mortgage regulatory frameworks
- Experience drafting examination responses and corrective action plans
- Excellent written communication and regulator-ready documentation
