Compliance Analyst, Transaction Monitoring

📋 Description

• Investigate flagged activity and accounts; advise SAR filings.
• Analyze alerts with Elliptic, TRM Labs, Unit21; escalate red flags.
• Monitor BitGo activity for AML signals; review 314(b) and sanctions.
• Collaborate on risk rules, detection calibration, QA, and data analysis.
• Draft/update FIU procedures; participate in AML training.
• Maintain AML knowledge of digital asset typologies and regulatory trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years AML monitoring, investigations, and SAR reporting.
• 2+ years with Elliptic, TRM Labs, Chainalysis; Reactor cert preferred.
• Knowledge of AML regulatory requirements and expectations.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills; use multiple sources.
• Drive to paint the picture of alerts, investigations, or reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to learn complex blockchain crime concepts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
