📋 Description

• Review expert call transcripts to detect material nonpublic and confidential information.
• Complete due diligence review of each call and escalate non-compliance.
• Research financial reports and regulatory filings using internal/external resources.
• Proactively manage internal/external communications in a fast-paced environment.
• Input, track, and maintain data on processes, transcripts, and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Available to work 2pm–10pm PT.
• 1-2 years in paralegal/legal/compliance/financial/business analyst roles preferred but not required; strong research/analysis skills.
• Acute attention to detail with strong reading, proofreading, drafting, and investigative/research experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, stay organized, and work independently.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; adapts quickly to changing priorities.
